  • How can OrganisedMinds help me and my team?

    OrganisedMinds helps you to organise yourself and others. It doesn’t matter if you’re dealing with company internal topics, your customers or any external parties. Save yourself time using email as a medium to organise your teamwork. Track the status of activities together with your team or collaborators with OrganisedMinds. It runs in your browser, it's super easy to use and always there when you need it.'

  • How do I collaborate with other people in OrganisedMinds?

    • a) Create a workspace and provide access to people you want to share information with.

    • b) Alternatively, just delegate an Activity to any E-Mail address. This person receives an invitation to join OrganisedMinds in order to collaborate with you. If she accepts you both get connected and can start collaborating and sharing Activities.

    • c) Last but not least you can provide access to a particular activity item by activating its public link. Share this link with anyone and provide so read-only access to this activity item.

    • Can I use OrganisedMinds on my Smartphone / Tablet

      Yes. There is no need to download an app. Just open in your mobile browser. OrganisedMinds is optimized for use on mobile devices. Please note that not the full functionality is available on mobile devices.

    • How secure is collaboration within OrganisedMinds?

      We use standard industry encryption technology. The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted by https/SSL (256 bits). That means that all your data is being encrypted while on its way to us. Our servers are located in highly secure data centers in Germany and are being monitored 24/7.

      We're also offering an on-premise product variant. In this scenario a special version of OrganisedMinds is installed and runs on your server infrastructure. Contact our sales team to find out more.

    • How do you handle privacy?

      OrganisedMinds is based in Germany and as such fully compliant with German's and EU data protection laws.

      Within OrganisedMinds only invited people who accept your invite have access to your shared workspaces and there existing information. You're in full control of who may see what.

    • What happens with my data if I decide to leave?

      It's your data. If you want to leave export your activities as PDF or CSV documents.

    • What support do you offer and how can I reach you?

    • I want to organise the work in my team. Would everyone need the Pro account?

      No, not everybody necessarily requires a Pro account to work with you, but those without are limited in terms of space, functionality and rely more heavily on you to perform certain actions such as creating shared workspaces etc. We recommend

    • What payment methods do you offer?

      You can pay our invoices either by transferring the fees to our bank account or by PayPal.

    • Can I use OrganisedMinds with Internet Explorer?

      Yes. But you need to install a small plugin from Google in order to display modern Websites as is (we’re using HTML5 and CSS3 standards).

      Please visit Google Chrome Frame Website, download the IE extension (you do not need Admin rights on your machine), re-start your Browser and reload the page. That’s it.
